No. We believe in transparent pricing. Your subscription is billed annually and covers everything: the license, updates, and support. You can cancel within 30 days for a full refund if you're not satisfied.
Can I choose a monthly billing cycle?
To keep our overhead low and our prices competitive, we currently only offer annual billing.
Can I scale my deployment or upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can add more virtual appliances or upgrade your plan at any time. We will simply pro-rate the difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Reach out to sales@anantis.io to adjust your coverage.

Which infrastructures are supported for deployment?
TrapEye supports a wide range of environments. It can be deployed as a virtual machine on VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox, or natively in the cloud on AWS, Azure, and Exoscale. It is also available as a container for agile, distributed infrastructures.
